Steve began his mortgage career in 2002 and was named partner at The Mortgage Office in 2005. He received his CMPS designation in 2006 and is on the Board of Directors for the Mortgage Bankers Association.
Steve truly enjoys meeting new people and working hard to get his
clients the best mortgage program and rate in the most streamlined
manner possible. He is proud of the customer service that The
Mortgage Office provides and welcomes people to stop in the office and
see over 100 thank you letters on the walls!
Steve and a partner purchased The Mortgage Office in December 2008. A resident of Cape Elizabeth with his wife and three children, Steve is
active in the Yarmouth and Portland Chamber of Commerce, Youth Soccer, and Cape
Elizabeth Little League. Former board member of Big Brother Big Sisters and Mortgage Bankers Association.

Meg has been working in the mortgage industry since 1985. She and her husband, Mike, started The Mortgage Office in 1995. She served as president of the Mortgage Bankers Association and served on the board for over 8 years. She helped start the Yarmouth High School Interact Club which is on its 9th year. Meg has her designation as (CMPS) Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist
Meg's commitment to customer service is reflected in all the customers who keep coming back to Meg for her can do attitude and solving their immediate financial needs. Meg and Mike reside in Windham. |

Donald Godfrey has joined The Mortgage Office. A graduate of Harvard College, Don has over 20 years commercial and mortgage lending experience in Greater Portland and York County, most recently with Rivergreen Bank in Saco. Don has been a Yarmouth resident since 1987, where he currently resides with his wife, Miriam and three children. He has been involved with local organizations and is an officer in the USAF Auxiliary/Civil Air Patrol. |

Craig Fox has recently joined The Mortgage Office. A graduate of Colgate University, Craig brings his 8 years of banking experience to The Mortgage Office team. Having relocated his family, wife Melissa and daughter Ava, from Connecticut to Yarmouth, Craig is excited about becoming an active member of The Mortgage Office team and the greater Yarmouth community. |

Mike Denning joined The Mortgage Office in July of this year. Mike is a graduate of Hobart College and has an M.B.A from the University of Pennsylvania. He has been in the banking business for over 25 years as a lender and senior executive. He is also actively involved in the Yarmouth non-profit Safe Passage, which was founded by his daughter Hanley. Mike has also been involved for many years in Yarmouth sports and has coached basketball and lacrosse. |
